    Please follow below steps and you will able to convert your SharePoint list data into PDF.

    You can use Outlook 365 connector to send an email. Please refer below microsoft article which is having more detailed explanation.
     
    Search "Office 365 Outlook" -> click on it -> go to Action tab -> search for "send an email" in the action section -> click on appropriate option as per your need.
