I need you Help on How to Set an alternative Item in formula line where system automatically use second item instead of original one.
Here's samle I did But it did not work :
- Formula Lines : Set alternative Item to same Plan Group. Original Priority (1) and alternative Item Priority (2)
- Scenario : Original item zero stock and alternative Item have right qty. However Upon releasing batch Order (Or create planned order then firming it) , error message appears asking for original part.
Can you Please guide me correct steps to follow ?
