I am unable to see the below mentioned things in Business Central:
1. Setup Service Order i am following this link for service order - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/service-how-to-create-service-orders
when i clcik on search icon and type Service Order i am unable to see the related page.
2. TDS and TCS setup in Business Central
For TDS and TCS i am follwing this link - www.navisionindia.in/.../

I believe TDS TCS are addon link to partner right?
Yes use premium License

If your license allows it search for "Company Information"Scroll to the bottom and set the User Experience to "Premium"
Not familiar with TDS AND TDC. As for service do you have a premium license? Service mgt. and manufacturing are part of that license. All functionality is hidden if you don't have it.
