Dynamics 365 V9 - Process Business Flow - Specific Option Set value as validation?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there were some people who know more about process business flows. So to move from stage A to stage B, an option set needs to be a specific value to pass validation. As far as I understand this isn't possible, and for the time being have decided to use a separate two option when that option set is set to the proper value for the flow. Are there ways to enforce this kind of validation in a process business flow?
