Unable to access Business central URL / App

Hi Team, 

We have an working Business central license for one of a user and until yesterday we were able to open the business central url.

https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/

When we enter the url in the browser or the app, it says "Finishing Setup", it takes less that a minute and after a while it goes "This takes longer than expected. Sorry for the inconvenience." Please guide we have a very important demo with a customer today. We also have a valid license.

    Is this a trial tenant or a production one? Have you started a company initialization? Have you launched a particular setup?

    It seems the message that appears when the tenant is initialized for the first time...

    Hello,

    A workaround maybe to try with another user after assigning that user with a BC license.  That helps me usually when it gets stuck for the first user.

    I have had this happen and was able to fix it by using a different browser or also using Chrome Incognito it seemed to reset the session.  If you are able to get a user in and the other user is stuck you can go to the user personalization card and change the company to maybe the Cronus company remove the stuck session.

    I am assuming the trial license has expired, though I do not see the expiry date in the Admin center licenses.

    Have you tried to login to the Cronus company?  I am going to bet this definitely has something to do with the trial they do seem to be slower.

    I can't get past that screen which eventually goes timeout. So there is no way for me to go to the Cronus compnay.

    Hello,

    You can try this:

    businesscentral.dynamics.com/.../>companyname=Your Company Name

    Replace your tenant ID with the actual tenant ID or domain name the tenant is hosted in and replace the company name with the actual company name (%20 = space).
