Hi, Thanks for your assist, help and support on the following.....Our users are using CRM online with outlook 2013 CRM plugins and the question I would like to get an answer,advice on how to do is as follows....When a user send an email to a contact in Dynamic CRM Where in CRM can another user see the email that was sent to that contact when that user open that customer contact page.

When you click the track button in outlook the email is created in CRM and will appear on the contact record form under activities.

Hi Scott, Thanks alot for your quick reply...Can I send an email within Crm to a customer and is still appears on the activities for other Crm users to see or should they have to always click track button

If you just wanted to see the email activity in CRM and outlook ,if one user send mail from CRM and then user will see those activity if they have appropriate security role.
