Resolve case button issue

Hi, all

In case form when Status =closed we save 

when we click on resolve case ribbon button its not populating the box.

after refresh when we click on resolve case ribbon button ..now opo up box comes.

why its happening like this. what would be issue>>

any suggestions will be marked as verified

    Are you saying that resolve case button is working after refresh only and not before that?

    What is meant by status equal close?

    Is it not resolving the case?

    Do you have a workflow on case resolve?

    If the workflow is already resolving the case, why do you want to resolve it again

    before status will be new.. after that they will click on the option closed.. there is no workflow i think

    no we are getting same issue when we tried in a different browser also also i cleared cache

    Try deactivating workflows on  case and then resolve, if it works that means; there is an issue with a workflow

    resolve case button is clicked but the popup box doesnot show untill its been refreshed

    there is no workflow right now
