Trigger alerts in Business Central on Documents Posting

I want to trigger alerts so that it could appear as in-app notification and email to certain users. The trigger could be on the release and posting of Purchase Order, Purchase Receipt, Purchase Invoice, Sales Order, Shipment and Invoices. Is there any standard functionality in Business Central that can be utilized for this purpose.

    Hi, as for as I know, if you do not consider customization, only the following functions are available.
     
    Or you can try Power Automate (Business events).
