Hello there,

I am getting this error every time trying to run a report "We had trouble completing the request. Let's try again."

I try to use Edge , Chroom, the same result when I ran this report on the server directly it works !!

I am running Version: W1 16.4 (Platform 16.0.14073.14195 + Application 15.0.36560.36649)

Hi

It seems web client crash, Could you please check events recorded into windows event log? in addition, there are three bugs reported on older releases of BC 17 and resolved in version 16.6 and 16.7

FactBox Link using the SystemId field causes the client to crash.

The client crashes by using designer to add fields.

The Web client crashes when you try to filter on the Vendor No. field while opening a new purchase quote.
