Restoring a Dynamics 365 backup does not work, the button ist "grey" ?!

I am in the Dynamics 365 administrative console.

There on the "Backup and Restore" tab.

There are my own backups and system backups.

There is also the "Restore" button.

But he is grayed out and I can not click the restoration.

Why ? What can I do to get your backup back?

    Melvin,  Your link does show how to create and restore a backup however it doesn't answer the question as to why the System backups that show Available are not able to be restored.   How do you restore a system backup to the sandbox?   Thanks!

    Hi Gene,

             You will need to make a sandbox instance out of your production instance in order to get it restored. As Production environment can't be restored.
