CRM 2011 Fresh install: System.IO.FileLoadException error

I performed a fresh installation of CRM 2011 and when trying to pull up the website for the first time I receive this error.

There does not seem to be a lot of info out there on this error. So any help would be appreciated!

    I think this error means you need to install .NET 4 on the server

    The error is referring to the fact the System.ServiceModel.dll version is not in the GAC, I think this is installed when you install .NET 4.
