Missing customize the system after installing Language Pack

Hi Expert

I install language pack on CRM Dynamics 2016 and after the installation the modified text field, label and entity did not translate do you have any idea about this? and my biggest problem is i cant find Customize the system  under the settings.

at first i installed THAI and second is SPANISH but base on my observation each language the customize the system is missing

    Sir you have any idea about installing crm with the base language is THAI?

    I tried to download the crm server and the thai language is not included.

    I tried to search about installing crm with other language but I cant find. Thank you so much for the help.

    Base language need to define at the time of installation so you can not change the base language for the existing organization.

    Hi,

    This is because customization is supported only in the base language, as the System Customizer you may be working with the base language set as your language preference. To verify that the translated text is appearing, you must change your language preference for the Dynamics 365 user interface. To perform additional customization work, you must change back to the base language.
