Creating Fiscal Years

Hi:

In a test company, I created fiscal years 2021 and 2022.

I just found out that I need to create 2019 and 2020.

When I try to create 2020, I receive a message basically saying that 2021 will be closed since 2020 is an earlier year.

I, then, tried to delete the fiscal years to start again.  But, I got a message essentially saying that I cannot do so since the first monthly accounting period is locked.

I was hoping to be able to test importing closing balances for 2019 and net changes for the subsequent fiscal years.

What should I do?

Thanks!

John

Create a configuration package and use the ability to delete the whole content of the table when you import something. Import what you actually need to have
