Good day

Anyone has the issue of "Reconnecting. If you're working with other people, wait until you're reconnected before making additional changes."

We want to edit the Sales Hub App but as soon as we open it it gave this error:

We confirm no one in the team is working actively on it.
We confirm Internet is 800+Mbps
We Test with different network
We run different Firewall policy (Even switch it off)

In Classic mode we now al the sudden get massive errors on views, dashboard, business process flows..... and we did not have any issues before?

Hi,

In case you experience particular sudden slowness or outages, go to the maker portal and then to the Solutions. Check in the solution history if components are being pushed/installed by Microsoft. I had an experience a few days ago in my late evening hours when I wanted to prepare for a demo. At that time, in my case, updates were installed.

Based on your symptoms, the most probable causes are:

Corrupted Sales Hub app metadata (appmodule)

Broken solution layers/dependencies

Corrupted BPF/dashboard/view references

Recent Microsoft platform regression affecting app designer behavior

and not:

internet speed,

firewall rules,

or another user actively editing the app.
