Can we use Dynamics 365 productivity bot to open work orders through Microsoft Teams?

    You could install the Dynamics 365 Teams App and use the bot

    Search and select the Works Order and see what options bot gives you

    One other option, a lot of work involved but possible,  is to create your own Teams app with a bot that talks to CRM and does what you want.
