I posted a Service Order with Shipping and Consume. But it was mistake posted. When I try to UNDO SHIPMENT or UNDO CONSUMPTION from Posted Service Shipment, I found there is no way to UNDO it.
I got error message undo shipment, apparently the posted service shipments page is uneditable.
undo consumpation, the oringinal Service Order is disappeard once it is posted to ship, can't find in anyway. So impossible to reopen it.
Also, In ILE, there is a nagetive adjust entry be created and invoiced. For now, I can only make a positive entry in Item Journals to reverse incorrect action.
Base on the MS docs. /can't undo consumption if the service order has been closed/
Based on your first screenshot it seems you shipped and invoiced the item? In that case you can't undo this shipment as a shipment can only be undone if the item was only shipped without invoicing it.
In this case you can create a service credit memo for that line item to reverse it.
