Sales Insights Data retention setting in D365

Hi,

Where can I modify the data retention timeline Setting for the Sales Insights data such as email clicked , email opened etc. I want to keep this data for more than 365 days in my leads. Is there any way that I can update the data retention limit.

    Hi Trial QA,

     

    Your question about changing the retention time of Sales Insights data is not fully supported.

     

    According to the official Microsoft documentation, conversation intelligence can change the data retention time, but other features, such as email management, do not have the option to change the data retention time. The link to the official documentation is as follows
