I'm a new non-technical admin trying to get the CRM set-up for users effectively. My users are currently getting this error message when trying to create accounts, contacts and opportunities:
"Business Process Error - Principle user is missing prvAppendTonew_cntoppty privilege."
The user is working within their assigned business unit and their security role (VP Sales) is sufficient to allow creating/editing of these records.
Any suggestions/tips would be appreciated...
