    Hi,

can you also try with IE10 because when i was using IE 11 few of functionality didn't work but when i downgraded to IE10 it started working fine and make sure you provide correct credentials which you were using earlier. And try to get exact trace of this error by downloading the error file to your local system which will help us to resolve your issue.

    HI Mithun,

If you are System Admin and you try use different browser still got the same result.

Please check your user CAL License.

But if you cant login to CRM at all, you might need somebody else using his username to see your User record, and then go to Administration Tab.

There will be a CAL Info --> Access Mode, change to Read-Write.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks.

    Hi Mithun,

After checking the access mode as suggested by Aileen, I would recommend you to try the below steps if still unable to login :

    • Internet explorer -> settings -> Internet Options > delete the temporary files and cookies.
    • Add the Trusted sites: Internet Options --> Security --> Trusted sites --> Sites --> *.dynamics.com
    • And then go to >Start >Run > type %temp%  click ok and delete all the temporary files.
    • Internet explorer > Tools > Compatibility view settings > add Dynamics.com in Compatible view
    • Internet explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advance > Reset the browser.

    Thanks.

    Vineet.
