Hi all,
I have a user whose Outlook would not launch. When uninstalling the Outlook Client, Outlook was able to launch. Re-installing Outlook Client works; however, when attempting to re-configure the Outlook Client, Outlook crashes. The breakpoint is when the user logs into the cloud, prior to selecting the organization. Any theories? I have been unable to schedule time to meet and look into windows event logs.
Any insight is helpful.
