EDC setup for First Data

I heard that processing thru first data is built in RMS 2.0. Can anyone out there post the steps to setup. I did not see anything in the help files that came with the software.

    You should get a parameter sheet from the processor with all the necessay information.  Enter it in RMS administrator/configuration/EDC

    You can do First data Via dynamics online wonce you get RMS to SP3 Otherwise you will need to get a TSYS setup sheet through FDS

    I am just about to change over from Dynamics POS to RMS and I cannot find anyone at FD that knows what a Tsys setup is and I have been unable to find anyone at Microsoft that knows if FD can be connected through RMS. I have sent this answer regarding RMS SP3 to my partner, but until then who can I talk to at either FD or Microsoft that can verify the RMS is compatible with FD?

    First Data will definitely work.  Tsys is the company that the processing goes through.  They used to be called Vital.  Maybe they will recognize that name.   Your processor will/should provide you with the parameters to enter into RMS.  Here is a sample First Data Sheet"

    You can also use another gateway instead of TSYS/Vital called Bridgepay.  They support the newer standards and the end to end encryption that will be required by 2015.
