BC27.4 RDLC Report would not Render or Debug

Hi, 
We recently upgraded our Production Environment to BC27.4 SAAS. 
For some reason we have one custom RDL report that will not run or show an error. 
There has been no report changes on the Extension for the last 10 months. 

Did MS make any SSRS report changes or RDL updates in BC27?
