Cant log into GP as "sa" however I try to log in.

Good day gentlemen and ladies.

I cant get into GP as "sa" no matter how I try to get in as my User Id always shows up greyed out. I have tried the right click on GP and "Run as administrator" option, clicking on the company on the homepage and using the "change User" option as well as going through Microsoft Dynamics GP >User and Company > Change User  Option.

Also, my user id has been deleted and recreated so many times (via FastPath AD Desktop and within GP itself) by the vendor's sys admin to fix the issue but it still didn't budge. It seems GP pegs my userid to the login page however I try to login. I am the systems steward so its crucial that this is resolved...

Your help is well appreciated. Thanks.

is your user ID still showing in SQL? Did you try to create a completely new user ID?

Well, my account was deleted using FastPath ad desktop and I cleaned out my orphaned user name in some of the conversion Dbs in ssms. But when re- added using FastPath ad desktop,  the issue was still there.

Do you have current support agreement with FastPath?

    Thanks Raghid Elazmeh

My firm doesn't but the Vendor does so we pulled those strings yesterday and got it resolved!

For some weird reason, the "Single-Sign-On" modules on all the servers were the culprits.

An Uninstall and re-installation of the modules on the database and terminal servers fixed the issue.

thanks for your help on the issue.
