Create a contact record in crm

Hi there am new to crm, i wanted to create a contact record in crm. I found few solutions but confused with those solution, so happy that if i get steps to achieve that task i am using java Environment. i mean authentication, connection and creation. can anybody help on this. Thanks in advance.

    there are couple options here : Guido has mentioned it pretty well.

    i am also in a favour of creating web service between which will be used for future integrations too.

    Thank you so much for your help but i am confused with finding Azure Client_Id. I followed few steps and got the id. When i am executing the code getting error like [Correlation ID: 3a90bdd6-26d7-477e-a074-223b020e1fcc] Execution of class com.microsoft.aad.adal4j.AcquireTokenCallable failed.

    com.microsoft.aad.adal4j.AuthenticationException: {"error_description":"AADSTS90002: Tenant ed1e465b-00da-49d2-b7c0-07005f3fa970 not found. This may happen if there are no active subscriptions for the tenant. Check with your subscription administrator.\r\nTrace ID: 19e754da-fda2-49a7-82e6-15fcde7f2200\r\nCorrelation ID: 3a90bdd6-26d7-477e-a074-223b020e1fcc\r\nTimestamp: 2018-11-07 06:06:58Z","error":"invalid_request"}

    and the error is clearly mentioned that This may happen if there are no active subscriptions for the tenant. Check with your subscription administrator. how can i made active subscriptions for my tenant.
