    Hi ,

Your issue (only first line imported) is might be  caused by

    • Wrong Row Separator (set to <LF> for your file.

    • Missing increment logic for Line No. in mapping.
sharing few official links which might help;-

    Hello,

Your CSV only imports one line because the Data Exchange Definition isn’t set correctly.
    Fix:
    Check separators (comma/semicolon).
Enable “Header Line Exists” if your file has headers.
Ensure the line definition maps all rows (not just the first).
    Re-import after correcting it.

    Regards,
    Oussama Sabbouh

    Hi,

This issue might occurs due to incorrect CSV formatting or delimiter mismatch. Ensure:
    > The CSV file uses the correct delimiter as defined in the Bank Statement Import Format setup.
    > The first line is not treated as header unless specified.
    > The import format mapping includes all required columns.
    > The file encoding is UTF-8 without BOM.
If the setup is correct and the issue persists, test with a simplified CSV and verify the format line mappings

    Thanks
    Rishabh

    Hello,

You're importing a bank statement in CSV format into Business Central, and although you've configured the setup correctly and the import process starts, only the first line of the file is being processed despite the file containing over 30 lines.

This issue is likely due to incorrect configuration in the Data Exchange Definition—such as improper line definitions, missing record delimiters, or incorrect field mappings—causing Business Central to treat the entire file as a single record or ignore subsequent lines.

Please upload the CSV file so I can analyze its structure and guide you on correcting the setup to ensure all lines are imported properly.
