Have you tried unpublishing duplicate detection rules associated with the accounts and then trying the import?

Give kingswaysoft a try.  This is a SSIS tool created by Daniel Cai, a Dynamics CRM MVP.

Best way is going to be something like Kingsway as per the below (or Scribe), you can do it in SSIS (which you presumably have where Kingsway and Scribe are third party apps you have to pay for if you want to use commercially).  Link on how to get started here (not by me) : a33ik.blogspot.co.uk/.../integrating-crm-2011-using-sql.html

I would also use a workflow, but I wouldn't start all manually.

Ya! Benjamin but is their any solution to work in update an existing record any other way which is much more smart, efficient and effective...

I should read what I wrote before sending :-)

My first answer is now edited and corrected.

I would try the bulk workflow execution tool.

I'm not sure if you can trigger all 10M records at once or if you need to split it in several packages.

    Hi! Benjamin

I try but that tools is not supported in CRM 2015.

    Thanks and Regards

In all honesty, I don't understand why you are not going with a supported tool like KingswaySoft.  It is a great SSIS tool and will handle this need easily.
