Configuring Business Central Test Drive on AppSource

I have followed all the instructions as per below:

The test drive is not running after waiting for a few minutes. This prompts the repeat test drive option, but I am unable to use it. There is no documentation or any step that I have not followed, so why is this happening?

Hi, If the issue persists, it is recommended that you can submit a SR to Mcirosoft.
