I'm trying to create a smartlist that will allow admin users to view open batches name and who created it (approved or un-approved) which table should I be looking at? Thanks

Further to Mick's suggestion, different SmartLists (AP,POP, Financials, Inventory) allow the user to customize the default ones, and add extra "columns". In the "columns" pop up, most modules have the field for "User2Ent","ModifiedBy" etc. Some modules, though, do not easily provide the user details. If the transactions are submitted to a Workflow, then the WF tables will come in handy.
