    Hi Manoj,

Remove the privilege to create the entity from the users, the new button will disappear and they will not be able to create new records also from other parts of CRM. As a workaround you may add and remove security role to users on loadof the form.

There is no other supported way to hide this button only for this form/lookup. But I found something, seems like doable - crmtipsbyprm.wordpress.com/.../hide-new-button-on-inline-lookup-menu

    Hi Manoj,

In an unsupported way, you might be able to hook to lookup related events, get to the element and hide it but  Microsoft does not recommend doing any unsupported customisation.

The primary reason for this is that the UI and framework is updated fairly regularly, names of these elements might change or other aspects of it might change - meaning your code will not work after this sort of update.

I would recommend you design your solution using a supported method to future proof your solution.

Please visit the following link if you would like to read a summary about supported customisation

    docs.microsoft.com/.../supported-extensions

Like Sreevalli suggested, you can control via security role in a supported way. if that does not work for you, you may have to re-think or re-design your solution.

    Hope this helps

As suggested above  only way you can hide "New" button by removing entity  create access  of the user assigned security role.

    Hello Manoj,

Since it is unsupported I never tried doing. if you are planning to do it anyway think about the breakage of the code at any movement. so suggest you to go for supported ways of working as it will be permanent solution
