Mapping Files is not showing while configuring Detours

Hello Team

I am exploring new detours functionality.

I did all the configuration, but in available detours menu mapping files is not showing

Related setup screen are mentioned below.

Hi,

Click on "Create default setup" and start from scratch. Hope, this will work.

Hi DYNA，

I set it in the test environment, and the display is normal. You may try to reset it in the mobile device steps interface.

Or whether your detour field is customized. If it is customized, you may be able to recreate it in the Mobile device menu items. I tested it and it should be related to the mode field. If I tried it and changed it to work, it will be displayed normally. At the same time, you can select other Menu item names to test whether all of them cannot display field mapping.

Hey DYNA,

I had the same issue. Until I realized that warehouse app field names were not loaded.

To create the default app field names go to Warehouse management / Setup / Mobile devie / Warehouse app field names

Then, hit on the "Create default setup" button at the top of the screen.

By doing that all the app field names will be loaded and only then you will be able to map the fields in the detour window. In theory this should not happen because these are one of the first configuration we need to complete for setting up device menu, but mistakes may happen!
