NAV 2009 R2 to BC27 On-Prem: Best Upgrade Path and How to Extract Delta from NAV 2009?

Hi everyone,

I am working on a migration project to upgrade a Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 customer solution to Business Central 27 On-Prem. My main challenge right now is how to correctly extract and manage the customer delta from NAV 2009.

The customer database contains: Forms & Dataports

My questions

What is the correct and recommended way to get a delta from a NAV 2009 R2 customer database today?
Is there any Microsoft-recommended tool or process to handle NAV 2009 delta properly?
What path should i choose for this migration?
Do we need to Go from NAV2009 to NAV2013 or can we move directly to NAV2015?

I want to make sure the upgrade path is technically correct and that we don’t lose or misinterpret customer customizations during the transition. Any guidance from people who have done NAV 2009 to BC On-Prem upgrades would be greatly appreciated.
