Automatic Record Creation and Queue Routing. Transition from old to new

Hi all,

Quick question. As we transition to the UCI. I know alot of the functions like auto-record creation and queue routing is moving to Power Automate where before it was workflows. My question would be whether we'd have to manually move all our case creation rules and routing rules to the new Flow experience or will the workflow versions automatically transition over when the 2020 wave 1 releases become generally available.

Koji is correct, the new feature shipped in the 2020 Release Wave 1 (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2020wave1/dynamics365-customer-service/automatically-create-update-records) is just the adaptation of the "Automatically create and update records" feature to the Unified Interface rendering.

Everthing will stay the same when you transition so nothing needed on your part, they will continue to work as before. I imagine Microsoft will eventually have a way to move them to Flow or they may just leave them as is.

I have some points for guide you.

    1. AFAIK, your automatically record creation rules or some workflows are not automatically transition to Power Automate.

    2. All of UCI trainsition and 2020 wave 1 and transition to Power Automate are different topics.

    # UCI transition

    cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../

This is UX change event. e.g. layout, look and feel...

    # 2020 wave 1

    docs.microsoft.com/.../

    # transition to Power Automate

This is gradual switching of legacy product to new products.
