Automatic contact creation from email to queue

Hi all,

We have an enquiry queue set up. until recently any emails to this queue created contact records automatically without having any record creation and update rules set, but this has now stopped.

users have the option to auto create contacts or leads in their personal settings but i cant see an obvious setting for this in queues.

can someone advise where this is disabled/enabled?

Check if the "Owner" of this Queue has personal setting "Automatically Create Contact from sender of tracked email" checked?

What happens if the Queue Owner is a Team?

I tried with the personal settings of the Team Owner but it doesn't work.
