Hello,

I am facing with an error while installing the extension in the online trial environment. The same extension is published in the on-premises instance and working fine. See the below screen shot for the error details.

We have the same problem in our cloud environments. Which version have your base application ?

Hi, I had faced this problem in the past, so I waited more then 10 hrs, and tried again and it was done, may be you can take same path, not sure if you would be lucky enough.
