   one year

2) can we able to sync documents even if

    cases are closed status and

Everything you say is possible with Server Side SharePoint Integration.

Regarding the storage limits, it is all based on your SharePoint subscription.

There are the subscriptions that are available as part of Dynamics 365, which might be more limited and full Office 365 subscriptions.

The total storage that you have is based on subscription.

I would not worry about individual file limit, I think that can be up to 15GB.

See article below for exact limits.

    support.office.com/.../SharePoint-Online-limits-8f34ff47-b749-408b-abc0-b605e1f6d498

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    1) Yes, there is no time limit on the storage of documents in SharePoint

    2) Yes, even though the case is closed you can still save documents via its Documents tab to SharePoint (or directly via the SharePoint UI)

    3) The storage size is limited only by SharePoint. The following page lists the file size limit as 15GB: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt842345.aspx

The key takeaway here, is that the SharePoint integration is just a "window" into SharePoint, and thereafter everything depends on the SharePoint service.

    Cheers,

    John
