Hi,
Below screenshot is from my customer portal and the page opened is case details. When i'm opening this web page, i will get the form navigation as highlighted below. It is showing out of the box case number (CAS-XXX-XXXX) but i need to change it to a custom field(Ticket ID). I don't have any idea from where to change the same.
Can anyone help with this.
