Asked to save when opening a pending send email and closing it without making changes

Dynamics 365 On-Prem

When an email is in Pending Send and a user opens it to view it, when they go to close the email, without making any changes, they get a warning that they need to save changes.

That is not the same pop-up. That is if the user doesn't have the site listed under trusted sites, this is not the case here.

Hi John,

Do you have any jscript method which would make any field dirty? If so, please make sure they work for Create and Update forms.

Yeah, when I did read the post and saw the 'there are changes' message, first thing I thought was : there's at least 1 update done somewhere in javascript on the form.
