Find Whom Carried Out a Purchase Order Receipt

Hi,
 
I am the only person in our company who is to carry out the purchase order receipts.  I keep finding purchase receipts have been completed, yet I know I am didn't carry out the transaction.
 
Is there any way I can find out who posted the Purchase Receipt?

    One possible way is using the Data Analysis feature to analyze data in the Change Log from the Change Log Entries Page:

    You could use 'Page Inspection' and look for the field 'SystemCreatedBy'.
    It will display the User who created/posted the purchase receipts.

    out of box, you could use modified by or created by fields per suggestions, however it will help to review the permission setup and find out who also able to do this task.

    Hope this helps as well. To open the page inspection pane to view the system created by fields you can go to your desired page and then click ctrl+alt+f1 on the keyboard or select Settings ->Help & Support ->Inspect pages and data. For example:
