No there is not out of the box. In what context are you looking? For quality control of items when items are received or produced? Or for approval workflows?

You mean you sold 100, but the customer only accepted 80 and reject 20?

If this is the case, you only need to directly modify the order quantity in BC, 100 -> 80.

The same goes for purchasing.
