I want to show particular entity records as a dropdown on PowerApps Portal.

    If this is in the context of a form, you can add a metadata record to the form and choose the 'Render lookup as dropdown' option.

    Hi Manoj,

    You can create custom PCF control to show the entity records and add that pcf control on PowerApps Portal form.
