Quotation from Retail POS

Hi All,

On POS why is it asking for Delivery method when creating quotation? Is it not possible to create quotation without any delivery method or with carryout method? 

So that way if we recall the order and convert it to the sales order, it will be invoiced.

    Hi Hitesh,

    as quotation will be converted to sales order, the system should know delivery mode. You can select any of them and later re-enter if needed.

    Hi Ramune,

    If we select pick up method then order still remains in open state. So here it won't allow me to mark the order as carry out all. But it does allow me to mark all the lines individually with carry out selected lines method. That's just strange

    Hi Hitesh,

    what version do you test? I saw such issue in earlier versions, it was fixed in 10.0.14.

    You may use some workaround:

    In HQ Retail And Commerce>Headquarters Setup>Parameter>Commerce Parameter>Customer Order tab

    Set 'Show only carrier mode options for ship orders'=No

    2. Run job 1070

    3.Now in POS while recalling order, on current transaction screen select line item and click 'Ship Selected' OR 'Ship all', there you will able to see and set Customer Carry out mode for that line item.

    we are using 10.0.15 but it still not work, But workaround that you provided is working as expected for us.
