Not able to access my Field Service Mobile App

Hi guys, I cannot login the mobile field service APP,

I followed this documents https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/field-service-mobile-app-user-guide

1. I did add myself as user in Bookable Resources and inside the field security profile.

2. Matched the mobile version on D365 and also publish the setting.

But still cannot login, any one can help?

    Thank you for using Dynamics communities.  The error message means that your Azure security has a policy blocking you from connecting with the mobile device.  docs.microsoft.com/.../troubleshoot-conditional-access.

    You will need to work with you Azure admin to review the security settings for mobile apps.
