The specified organisation is disabled...

(0) ShareShare

Posted on by

Hi all,

I have one user who when they open a new Duplicate Detection Job, are able to click Next on the first screen, but then receives an error of 'The specified organisation is disabled'. I've checked other users (both sys admin and non-sys admin) and no-one else is having this problem.

The deployment manager confirms that the organisation is enabled.

The user can open other records such as contacts, accounts etc.

Any suggests would be great.

Thank you.

    Hi Richpearson1,

As Deepesh mentioned, collection of the CRM traces should be a good way to understand the control flow.

You can also use the tool at crmdiagtool2011.codeplex.com to collect the CRM traces.

Please share your complete CRM traces when the issue occurs?

-Also, can you please confirm, if the sys admin role is an out of the box role or is a custom role created in your organization?

    Hi Rich,

Yes - that should allow access.

Have you tried to clear browser cookie and temporary files, shut down and restart browser for the user? Also it would be a good idea to get he/she to try on a different pc where other user uses without the problem to see if the result is the same.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

    Jacqui

Thanks Jacqui - the user actually has the system administrator role, so that should allow them access right?

    Hi Rich,

Have you checked if the user has access to view duplicate detection jobs on UI?

The following post mentioned about what to look for.

    blogs.msdn.com/.../duplicate-detection-security-model.aspx

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

    Jacqui

If its on-premise, do you have any logs on server?
