Hello everyone,
I’ve encountered an issue with the Warehouse Management mobile app (WHS App) in version 4.0.24.0 on Android devices.
We’re running this test on a Contoso demo environment, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management 10.0.45 (Update 69).
For the warehouse in question, Warehouse Management processes are enabled, and license plate tracking is active for the location profile.
When performing picking work using the WHS App on Android (v4.0.24.0), the process consistently freezes during the work put step “Confirm target license plate”.
The app freezes and the work cannot be completed or posted.
However, when using the previous WHS App version 3.0.9.0 on the same Android device, the work step completes successfully without any issue.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior with WHS App v4.0.24.0?
Is there any known workaround or configuration adjustment to resolve it?
