In the printer selection You would need to select a PDF printer.
Not sure if on mobile it is possible to set a default printer, but maybe there is an app that could solve it.

    Hi
The app is successful in locating the report data to download or preview PDF files properly. Verifying and correctly setting the environment in app configuration or during login generally solves download failure to allow successful saving of reports or preview pdfs through the Business Central mobile app.

    Thanks

Hi, I've seen similar issues before, and Microsoft said they've resolved them, but it doesn't appear to be fixed yet.
You can reply with your details.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi,

The error “Non-tenant specific requests should have an environment type specified” is a known issue in BC v26.x mobile apps when downloading PDFs.
     Fix you can try:
    1. Update the Business Central mobile app to the latest version (Microsoft has released patches).
    2. If the issue persists, use the web client or “Open in Browser” option to download the PDF.
    3. Microsoft recommends raising a support ticket if the update does not resolve it.
Mark true, “Does this answer your question” if it helps.

This is a known issue affecting Business Central mobile apps when trying to preview or download reports.
It happens because the mobile client fails to resolve the correct environment type when generating a file download request, leading to the “Non-tenant specific requests…” error.

    Solution:
Microsoft has already acknowledged and fixed this issue in the latest cumulative updates for BC SaaS. Update your environment to the latest minor build, then clear the cache or reinstall the mobile app if the problem persists.
If you cannot update immediately, a workaround is to open BC in a mobile browser (Safari/Chrome) instead of the app — downloading and previewing reports works fine there.

    Thanks
    Rishabh
