Product group finds out root cause and start recovering process. A list of the impacted tenant has been identified and a log in Microsoft 365 Message Center could be sent over soon.
FINAL UPDATE 10:30 AM UTC
Everything should be back to work as normal and all environments up and running.
Environments affected should have received a communication in M365 Message Center.
