Hi,

I want to migrate Dynamics GP 2013 Data into Business Central. Plz suggest the steps. Do I need to reimplement everything from scratch , if yes plz list down the steps.

I couldn't use import Templates because GP makes use of different format of numbering in Chart of Accounts other than Business Central

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Marco,

I had checked this doc already , this doc makes use of Migration Tool which is only supported for GP 2015 and greater. But I have GP version 2013. And wanted to migrate data from GP 2013.

    Hello,

I will ask one of my US colleagues to respond to this question.

    Thanks.

Hello - You will need to be on at least GP 2015 to perform the Migration.  You won't be able to migrate the data from GP 2013.

    Hi Andy,

I m bit unfamiliar with GP, Can you please confirm that if I stay on GP 2013 Then the only way to get the data is by RapidStart Service or Excel Templates? Is it?

Correct.  You would need to import via Config packages/rapid start

    Thanks Andy for the response

Also, Is there any documentation provided to move all Master data and transactions step-wise to avoid any dependencies?

I am not seeing any GP specific documentation, but I reached out to a GP Engineer and they provided me this list of tables to check:
