Stuck at user editing screen

Dear All

does any face problem with on prem BC, where when you many any changes to the users info / license type and etc, it will just stay at on the screen "working on it" for few hours until the page expired. We had to manually close the browser.

The info is being updated, but it will just stay on this screen and showing working on it

    Despite the lack of resource consumption, have you tried debugging the session in question and hitting the pause button? If nothing happens then you can at least eliminate it being a loop or something.

    Thanks for the response

    1. We have a production server and a development server. Everything was working fine, and suddenly in production server, this issues happened 2 month ago. So far we tested in the development server. There is no issues in editing users details.

    2.  Tested using, Chrome, Edge and FireFox, same issues on the production server. No issues on the development server

    3. No event viewer log entries, and no CPU resources issues on both my device, the application server and also the database server.

    Last Resort i would have is to restart the server. But my concern is, if we didn't resolve this issues, it will happened again.

    Hi CKY,

    Please check the following:

    1- try this process using different browser

    2- disable any extensions and check the status

    3- check if there is any error recorded in event log

    4- Resources status when you try to edit user records
