Actions hidden in the list page

Hello,
 
Does anyone know why the actions are hidden on the uneditable list page and what I should do to promote them on the ribbon?
Because if I am using Edit List action from the ribbon I can correctly see all promoted actions.

    Hi, I haven't encountered this problem. For example, Translation action in Payment Methods. Whichever mode is used, it will be displayed.
     
    You can refer to this page. I suspect it is a problem with the page type or Promote settings.
    PS: Business Central 2022 wave 2 (BC21): Promoted action groups, action references, and ShowAs Property (New Modern Action Bar)

    Yes, for example, in Factbox, these actions are not displayed.
     
    If this is a Part, you can refer to the Sales Order Subform page.
