Need help on Sending Zoho CRM Data to Dynamics 365

Hello Folks,

 

I have a requirement to send data, which has already been downloaded from Zoho CRM, to a Dynamics 365 instance. Could anyone please guide me on how to send or import this data into D365?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
     
    You should follow these steps: 
    • 1. Export Data from Zoho CRM:
      • Identify the modules (e.g., Leads, Contacts, Accounts) and custom fields you want to migrate. 
      • Export these modules as CSV or Excel files. 
    • 2. Map and Transform Data:
      • Field Mapping:
        • Carefully map the fields from your Zoho CRM exports to their corresponding fields in Dynamics 365.
      • Data Transformation:
        • You may need to cleanse the data, handle data type differences, and resolve inconsistencies between the two systems.
    • 3. Import Data into Dynamics 365:
      • Data Import Wizard:
        • Dynamics 365 provides a Data Import Wizard that allows you to import data from CSV or other supported formats.
      • Power Automate:
        • You can also use Power Automate to automate the data import process and handle complex scenarios.

    Above is a link with more information on the import process. If this is going to be a one-time process, then the basic import wizard should cover you. If it is to be an ongoing integration, you will want to look at an automated process such as Power Automate, Dataflows, or other integration frameworks.
